How to merge PDF files in your browser
To combine PDFs without uploading them, choose the files in PDFSpruce, arrange their page cards in the order you want, and choose Export PDF. The free workspace processes up to 50 MB total and 150 source pages locally in your browser.
Bring separate PDFs together into a single file: a report and its appendices, a set of scans or several reference documents. You can also add PNG and JPG images as pages.

- Choose the PDFs you want to combine. Use Add PDFs to bring more files into the same workspace. Keep the combined input within 50 MB and 150 source pages.
- Drag the page cards, or use their move arrows, to set the final reading order. Rotate sideways pages and delete unwanted ones before exporting.
- Enter a file name and choose Export PDF. Download the merged document and check that every section appears in the right order.
Before you export
Signed, encrypted and XFA PDFs are not supported. Bookmarks, attachments, links and accessibility structure may change during assembly. Standard form fields are flattened on export.
A useful tip
Check page orientation and section boundaries before merging. If the source files contain important bookmarks or attachments, keep those originals alongside your combined PDF.
Where are my files processed?
Your documents stay in your browser’s memory. PDFSpruce does not upload your PDFs, filenames, previews or document text. Download your finished work before closing or refreshing the editor. See our privacy information for details about website requests.
