How to rotate and reorder PDF pages
To rotate PDF pages, open the file in PDFSpruce and use a page card’s rotate button. For several pages, select their checkboxes and choose Rotate. Export PDF saves the new orientations in a downloaded copy; your original file stays unchanged.
Straighten a scanned page or put a mixed-up document back in order before you send it. Page rotation and order changes are included in the PDF you export.
Open the free PDF editor →Step by step
- Choose a PDF and inspect its page cards. Use the rotate button on an individual card to turn that page.
- To rotate several pages together, select their checkboxes and choose Rotate. Repeated rotations cycle through the available orientations.
- Drag cards or use their move arrows to reorder them. Select unwanted pages and choose Delete, then Export PDF to save the result.
Before you export
Rotating a page changes its orientation; it does not deskew a slightly tilted scan or improve blurry text. Use Undo before export to reverse an unwanted page operation.
A useful tip
Check landscape tables separately from portrait text pages. A page that looks sideways in a thumbnail may have been intentionally laid out that way, so preview it before applying a batch rotation.
